SoilBuild REIT Management Pte. Ltd. (the "Manager") is wholly-owned subsidiary of the SoilBuild Group Holdings Ltd, a leading integrated property group with close to four decades of experience and a successful track record in bidding for land, constructing, developing, leasing and managing an award-winning portfolio of residential and business space properties.
The Manager's principal investment policy is for to invest directly or indirectly, in a portfolio of income-producing real estate used primarily for business space purposes in Singapore as well as real-estate related assets. SoilBuild REIT’s policy is to distribute 100.0% of its Annual Distributable Income for the period from the Listing Date to 31 December 2014 and at least 90.0% of its Annual Distributable Income thereafter.The Manager implements the investment policy of SoilBuild REIT in accordance with Property Funds Guidelines, the Trust Deed and any applicable laws.
The Manager’s key objectives are to provide unitholders of SoilBuild REIT (“Unitholders”) with regular and stable distributions and long-term growth in DPU and net asset value (“NAV”) per Unit, while maintaining an appropriate capital structure.
The Manager intends to achieve its objective through the implementation of the following strategies:

- Capital and risk management strategy
- Development strategy

The Property Manager
SB Property Services Pte. Ltd. has been appointed as property manager of SoilBuild REIT's properties. The Property Manager is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Sponsor, and was incorporated in Singapore under the Companies Act on 8 March 2005.
The Property Manager is responsible for providing property management, project management, marketing of vacant units and administration services for the properties in SoilBuild REIT's portfolio.
